Classic Blue is a drought resistance blend of Certified Kentucky Bluegrass Seed.  The midnight type varieties create a very dark green color with good heat tolerance.  The compact growth characteristics create high quality turf.  This blend can be mowed from ¾ inch to 3 inches for desired look.  Our most popular blend.

Turf Type Fescue – 90/10 mix of turf type Fescue & Kentucky Blue Grass

Turf Type Tall Fescue is a cool season, bunching grass, with coarse to medium texture. A 90/10 mix of turf type fescue and Kentucky Bluegrass makes this a ideal choice.  It has a dense root system and therefore a great tolerance to drought conditions. This mix will handle summer stress well but is slow to recover if heavy injury occurs.
